“Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”

Our sin keeps us from having a personal relationship with God.

“This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Only through Jesus Christ can you have a personal relationship with God.
Only through Jesus Christ can you have a personal relationship with God.

“For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.”

1 Peter 3:18

“For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve.”

1 Corinthians 15:3-5

You must personally respond by trusting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.

Acts 3:19

Your trust in Jesus Christ begins a lifelong and eternal relationship.

How do I receive Christ?

ADMIT your spiritual need. Confess to God,

"I am a sinner."

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Romans 3:23

REPENT and be willing to turn from your sin.

"Jesus, I need your forgiveness. Please save me from all my sins and cleanse me from my guilt and shame."

“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.”

Acts 3:19

BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose to life.

"Thank you, Jesus, for your sacrifice on the cross for my sins. I believe you are my Living Saviour."

“For Christ died once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.”

1 Peter 3:18

RECEIVE, through prayer, Jesus Christ as Lord of your life.

"Lord Jesus, I receive your saving grace of forgiveness and rejoice that I am now part of God's family."

“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God – children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.”

John 1:13; Colossians 2:6
