You are welcome to park on the street or in one of the two parking lots. There is a parking lot opposite the church building, at the corner of 6th Ave SW and 7th St SW, and another lot at the rear of the building that can be accessed from 6th Ave SW.
Through the Doors
When you arrive at the church, stop by the Welcome Centre. We have a special gift for you.
Our team of ushers and greeters is ready to help you get settled and answer any questions you might have.
If you have children, they will help you sign your kids in for nursery, Temple Tots, or Children’s Church.
In the Service
Choose a place to sit in the sanctuary. There is seating on the main level and in the balcony.
Music
The worship service at Temple Baptist is 65-75 minutes in length. It often begins with a band leading the church in music. Song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along if you like. We often stand to sing, but we invite you to participate in the way that you are most comfortable.
Message
After the music portion of the service, Pastor Ed Lehman will share a message from the Bible.
There may be other elements in the service as well, including prayer times, communion, and testimonies about what God is doing.
Children
We believe that kids are important. We want them to have a great time learning about who God is and what He has done for them. They will be dismissed just before the message to their own age-appropriate lessons led by our team of trusted leaders.
